Once you schedule an appointment, I’ll prepare a comparative market analysis(CMA), showing you comparable properties in the area and what they’ve sold for, and draw on the latest market insight to help you price your real estate to maximize its appeal. I’ll also explain my marketing plan, and outline the innovative tools and technologies Center Hill Realty introduced into this market to better serve our selling clients. I can also advise on how ways to enhance the appeal of your property in virtual tours and when buyers visit.

When you list with us, we’ll sit down together to complete the required property disclosure and other forms. Then, the details about your property along with a photo tour, uploaded to RealTracs, our multiple listing service(MLS). There, listing information can be searched by real estate professionals and buyers interested in this area. When it makes sense, we also use video tours--mini movies of the property which play over the Internet— to give prospective buyers here or anywhere around the world a better idea of its appeal.

When a buyer expresses interest and is financially able to purchase your home, farm or property, I’ll schedule the a visit, at your convenience, and report back to you. If they make an offer, your agent keeps your interests first during all negotiations.
